Kinglake rangers childrens centre offers care and education programs for children aged between 6 weeks and 6 years on a full/part time basis. * we work in partnership with parents/guardians, policies and practices, respecting cultural diversity and encouraging parents to share new ideas in the centres philosophy, supporting each familes values, so we can continue to strive for improvement in service quality. * we provide quality care in the service, supporting each individual child, their families and the wider community. Philosophy: * the kinglake ranges childrens centre aims to ensure that each child is given the opportunities to develop as a whole, mutual trust and respect, investigation, in a natural learning supported environment that encourages curiosity, fostering the development of independence and self confidence. The kinglake ranges childrens centre is open from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm monday to friday. 30 in the 4 year old kinder. 30 in the 3 year old kinder. 30 in the 3-5 year old room. 30 in the 0-2 year old room. The centre is registered for 120 children. The centre also offers casual child care and a standalone preschool program with before and after kinder care also available. * our centres programming provides many opportunities and experiences for children to learn through play having a safe, observation, discovery, secure and nurturing environment that allows exploration, warm, stimulation and encouraging the development of each individual child.
